    Our primary business is helping High Net Worth Individuals with their private insurance and their businesses.

    It is our intention to provide you with a high level of customer service at all times. If you should wish to make a complaint about our service, we have a formal complaints procedure. In the first instance, you
    should address your complaint to Samuel Cise within 14 days. We will supply you with a copy of our complaints procedure upon receipt of a complaint or at any time upon request. If you cannot settle your
    complaint with us you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service further information about the Financial Ombudsman Service can be found on their website at www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk Alternatively other out of court complaint and redress procedures may be available.
